Self-Compassion and Mindful Movement

This four week series provides participants with an understanding of self compassion and its many mental health benefits. Each session is designed to support practitioners of all levels, including beginners, on how to use self compassion to manage stress and promote well-being. Participants will come away with practices to increase self acceptance and emotional resilience in their daily lives. Each session includes a presentation followed by a mindful movement yoga flow.

Pilates is an innovative and safe mind-body exercise program focused on strengthening and aligning the entire body. Join a Certified Pilates Instructor as they guide you through a series of movements to strengthen the core, improve joint mobility, build total body strength, and improve flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness, no experience is necessary. See you on the mat! A mat is recommended but not required; no additional equipment is needed.

Once you learn to start loving legumes and incorporating them into meals and snacks, your heart will love you! Legumes are rich in fiber, minerals, and antioxidants that help balance your blood sugar, decrease high cholesterol, and lower blood pressure which are all essential to keeping your heart healthy. Join this class to learn Gabby's favorite Turkey & Bean Chili and Chickpea Cookie Dough Bars. Both recipes will be shared with participants following the presentation.
