Join this program to learn more about the gift of mindfulness practice during menopause which is a time of great change in women's lives. This session uncovers what mindfulness is and is not, how it benefits improved wellness, and when mindfulness supports stress reduction throughout menopause. We will have a chance to practice a formal mindfulness practice and allow for open dialogue and questions and answers.
