Total Body Workout

This class will target your entire body, building strength, improving endurance, and strengthening the core all in just 30-minutes! Join us for a warm-up, followed by a full-body workout, and a brief cool-down. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Each class explores a different theme such as the science of and attitude behind gratitude, and includes easy to learn practices such as journaling and mindfulness. Participants develop expanded ideas around gratitude, new routines that support this positive shift, and mindful skills that are easy to implement.
